What This Covers
This policy explains what GRIDistro Solutions collects, why, how long we keep it, and how we
protect it. It applies to gridistro.com and the member portal.
Information We Collect
- Application information: business name, contact name, email, phone, Telegram,
website and social pages, time in business, platforms offered, player counts, credit volume,
current suppliers, payment methods, and the games you're interested in.
- Identity verification: a government ID or driver's license image, used once to
verify your application (see "Identity Documents" below).
- Account and transaction data: orders, payments, deposits and ledger entries,
the game accounts we issue you, and support and chat messages including any files you send.
- Technical data: IP address, request times and pages accessed, recorded in
server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Player referrals: if you contact us as a player, we collect only the contact
details and game interests you provide.
Identity Documents — How We Handle Them
ID images are stored in a private location that is never publicly accessible and can only be
viewed by authorized staff during review. The image is permanently deleted the moment your
application is approved or rejected. We retain only the fact that identity was verified,
by whom, and when. We do not sell, share or use ID images for any other purpose.
How We Use Information
- To review applications and decide whether to open an account
- To operate your account: process orders, deliver credits, issue game logins, track deposits
- To provide support and communicate about your orders and account
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access
- To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who We Share With
- Payment processors — to process the payment you initiate. They handle your
payment details directly under their own privacy policies; we never see full card numbers.
- Email provider — to deliver account emails you've asked for or that relate to
your orders.
- Messaging — our internal team receives order and support notifications
containing your business name and order details.
- Player referrals — if you contact us as a player, we forward the contact
details and game interests you gave us to a trusted client who may be able to serve you. That is
the entire purpose of that form.
- Legal — when required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
How Long We Keep It
- ID images: until the application decision, then deleted permanently
- Account, order and financial records: for as long as your account is active and afterward as
needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes
- Chat and support history: for the life of the account, so we can answer questions about past
orders
- Server logs: about 60 days
Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never readable by us. The site runs entirely
over HTTPS. Sensitive areas are restricted by role and enforced on the server. Login attempts and
form submissions are rate-limited. Backups are taken daily. No system is perfectly secure, but we
take these measures seriously and keep improving them.
Please note: game platform credentials we issue you are stored so that you can retrieve them in
your portal, which means they are not one-way hashed. Treat them as you would any shared business
password, and tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your Choices
- You can view and update much of your information in the member portal.
- You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete information, by contacting
support. Some records must be retained for legal and financial reasons.
- Account and order emails are part of the service. We will not add you to marketing email
without a way to opt out.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party
tracking cookies.
Children
This is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect
information from minors.
