1. Who We Are and Who We Serve

GRIDistro Solutions ("GRIDistro", "we", "us") distributes gaming software credits and provides related business-to-business services. We serve businesses only. We do not operate a store for individual players, and we do not sell credits to consumers. Accounts are issued to business operators (stores and distributors) following an application and review.

2. Accounts and Approval

• Submitting an application does not create an account. Access is granted only after we approve it, at our sole discretion, and we may decline any application without stating a reason.
• You must provide accurate business and identity information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
• Game account credentials we issue to you are for your business use. You may not resell, share, or transfer them without our written consent.

3. Credits, Pricing and Orders

• Credits are sold in blocks and priced at rates shown in your member portal. Rates are specific to your account and may change with notice.
• An order is a request to purchase. It is fulfilled after payment clears and we load the credits. We may decline or cancel any order.
• Credits carry no cash value from us, are not redeemable for cash, and are not a deposit account or stored-value instrument.
• You are solely responsible for how you distribute credits to your own customers and for complying with all laws that apply to your operation.

4. Payment, Deposits and Refunds

• Payment is made through the processors offered at checkout. Third-party processors have their own terms; we are not responsible for their services or fees.
• We may require a deposit before extending access to certain platforms. Deposits are held on your account, recorded in your transaction ledger, and may be applied to unpaid amounts you owe us.
• Delivered credits are non-refundable. If an order fails or credits are not delivered, contact support and we will resolve it, typically by completing delivery or refunding that order.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals on delivered credits are grounds for suspension and collection of the amount owed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; misrepresent your business or identity; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; probe, scan or interfere with the security of the service; or use the service in a way that harms us, our partners, or other members.

6. Your Legal Compliance

Laws governing gaming, sweepstakes and amusement operations vary by state, county and municipality and change frequently. You are solely responsible for determining whether your operation is lawful where you operate and for obtaining any required licenses or permits. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing we provide should be taken as a representation that your operation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

7. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platforms we distribute for are operated by third parties, and their outages, changes or discontinuation are outside our control.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or conduct that creates risk for us or our partners. On termination, unpaid amounts become immediately due, and we may apply any deposit held to those amounts.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the member portal or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
